Go Developments is proud to announce its sponsorship of the Local Hero annual awards dinner held on 18th October 2024. The event brought together hundreds of local businesses and raised over £10,000 for Headway Blackpool Wyre and Fylde charity group.

As sponsors of the Local Hero Fylde Award, we were honoured to celebrate the inspiring story of this year’s winner, Bill Hodgson. Bill’s awe-inspiring feat of pulling Santa’s 1/4-tonne sleigh—complete with Santa himself—over 200 miles from Edinburgh to Kirkham in just five days showcased his determination, resilience, and commitment to spreading joy and raising awareness for good causes.
The evening was a powerful reminder of the incredible spirit and dedication within our community, and we at Go Developments are committed to continuing our support for local initiatives and heroes who make a real difference.
